All customers will receive service on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the service location.
Valley Waste Removal will take only two holidays off to better serve you. These two holidays will be Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your pickup day falls on one of these two holidays you will be picked up on the following day.
If the weather is bad such as ice, snow or rain, you will be serviced as soon as the weather permitts.
Other then mother nature or the above stated holiday you will be picked up on a regular schedule.
