We are currently not set up with a card machine, but hope to have a paypal account set up soon so that you can pay your bill online. We will send out notices when we get this option set up.
My dog is harmless if I don't have him in the fence will you still pickup my trash?
We have instructed our driver that he does not have to pick up a customers container if they have a dog outside of the fence or off the dogs chain. This policy is for your protection as well as ours.
I will be out of town for two weeks, will I get a discount on my bill?
We do not discount for weeks that you don't have your trash removed. The $30.00 a month that you pay covers the removal of your trash and the rental fee for the cart. This policy makes it easier for both of us to budget for the month.
We are like the cable company you pay based on a monthly service agreement not on usage.
If I have extra trash that does not fit in my cart can I sit it beside the cart for pickup?
We will pick up extra trash if it is not on a continual basis. If you continualy have extra trash we will recomend that you ask for a second cart at an additonal charge. If you continue after the notice to have extra trash and do not get a second cart then we will not pick up the extra trash. We don't take advantage of you and expect the same in return.
What if I forget to pull my cart out to the road on my service day?
Due to our tight time frame we will be unable to come back and pick up your trash. Also with fuel prices as high as they are it would be economicaly unwise.
I have a skunk that I killed can I put it in my trash cart?
NO! If you put a dead animal of any kind in your cart we will take it out and leave it on the ground beside the cart. We are sorry about this but we feel strongly about the extreme unsanitary hazard this may cause.
I live in the county will you provide service to me?
We only service the rural community. We try to provide an affordable service for those who live in the country and don't have the conveinces of the city.
Yes and No. It doesn't matter where you put your cart as long as it is out by the road on your service day. That is the beauty of a poly cart you can have it up by your house so that you don't have to carry your trash out on nasty weather days.
